What this policy covers
It describes the personal data AS4U processes when you visit as4u.mu and when you use the app.as4u.mu application.
On this website
as4u.mu sets no cookies, has no forms and does not measure its audience. The presentation video is delivered by Bunny.net. If you arrive with a partner ID in the address, it is kept in your browser for the length of your visit, to be passed on to the sign-up page. The testimonials on the home page are loaded from app.as4u.mu, without cookies.
In the application
For your account, we process your name, email, phone number, language, payments and progress in the journeys. This data is used to give you access to the content, to track your payments and to pay the partner who recommended AS4U to you. If you register for a presentation, we process your name and email to invite you to it. If you share a testimonial, we process the name, the line about you, the text, the rating and the picture you choose to add, to publish it on as4u.mu with your agreement. You can withdraw it at any time from the app: it is then deleted.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare (website hosting and file storage), Bunny.net (video delivery), Resend (email delivery) and Google (Google Calendar invitations and Google Meet calls for the presentations). They process data only on our behalf.
Your rights
Under the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to bonjour@as4u.mu.
